Where are you thinking about going for your next vacation? Have you already been on a getaway to a horse barn in London Ontario for a working vacation, and go to Mexico twice a year already? There are lots of locations that are both exotic in nature and relatively close by as well, and for many people, Las Vegas is one of the preferred options.
Of course, when we're talking Las Vegas, usually people think about staying on the strip. That's the place where it's at in the state of Nevada; there is nowhere as attractive on the entire continent. There's all the gambling of course, but there is a lot of other things too. If you enjoy comedy, concerts, high end magic shows, and the list goes on, you can find it at the strip. It's affordable too; no need to worry that you didn't make enough money selling Stoney Creek decks last month to go. Most prices in Las Vegas are lower than what people would expect.
If you are thinking about taking a trip to Las Vegas, though, why not consider your options outside of the big city? North Las Vegas NV real estate has a lot to offer tourists as well. You are close enough to the action on the strip to be able to take it in anytime you want. On the other hand, you are in a much less developed part of the state. There is pristine countryside, beautiful pools, and a lot less noise. It's a lot like comparing Toronto beaches real estate to the city itself; the amenities are close by, but the bustle seems miles away.
And of course you can stay in any number of different spots for the same price, and often a lot cheaper, than you could were you to stay in the city of Las Vegas for your entire trip. Well appointed little bungalows along the local lakes may well remind you of the vacation you took to a Prince Edward Island cottage as a kid, although of course you will find the temperatures much warmed, and the sun always shines.
You won't find the same kind of recreational activities on vacation in north Las Vegas as you might along the Trent Severn waterway, but opportunities here are unique. There are not many places where you can go for a hike in the desert, a swim in an artificial lake, and spend the night on one of the busiest strips in the world all in one day. But that's entirely possible every day when you make North Las Vegas your vacation destination!
